This "murderer" has been documented before the event as having been a completely normal, jovial guy before he spent time in and out of Military Medical facilities (where he was likely Manchurianized), and he later complained that he was all of a sudden hearing voices in his head, etc.

This does seem like a big fuck up on someones part. He has 4 prior gun arrests and the police in Ma where he was on a consulting job after he called them to his hotel room about hearing voices alerted the Navy about him.
Once again this is another tragedy that instead of focusing on the real problem,the fucked up metal health system and how we deal with it, and instead we go the need more gun control route.
