Wants a $25 bike registration fee! That will solve the budget issue!

I think she might have some bigger issues in her ward than bikes being registered!

A small part of me wants the bikers to join the slavery of vehicle ownership with us humans but Im firmly against this kind of over regulation.

I'd rather they fine bikers who don't stop at stop signs, don't stop at stop lights, weave in and out of traffic, and ignore other traffic laws.

They do, saw it yesterday. same VIOLATION ticket a No seat belt. $25, doesnt go on your driving record. Just pay it.

you have to wear a seatbelt when riding a bike ?
