Robbins police officer 61, he resigned after the Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board found no evidence of prior law enforcement experience. One piece of evidence he submitted was a photo of a Los Angeles Police Department badge bearing the serial 714, belonging to the fictional Sgt. Joe Friday of Dragnet. |
