Ordered the wife a dozen roses for Valentine's day. I actually set them up to be delivered yesterday so that we'd beat the rush, hopefully they wouldn't get crushed or whatever while the florist delivered them. But the local florist didn't deliver them. They shipped them via UPS. They look like shit. They're all droopy and awful looking. One literally just fell off the stem. They actually shipped them in a cardboard box instead of delivering them like you'd expect... in a vase. It looked like they shipped them 2 day ground or something and they spent a couple days in a hot warehouse. Don't order from these guys. |

Complain and they send new ones that are in good shape. |

Why didn't a local florist deliver them? Definitely send in a complaint, and they'll do something for you. |

spmack wrote: Why didn't a local florist deliver them? Definitely send in a complaint, and they'll do something for you. I did. Will update with whatever they do which I suspect will be a giant "Fuck You". But yeah, fuckin UPS man. In a box. Really? That's what I paid $12.99 for Standard Delivery and $2.99 for "Guaranteed Feb 13th Delivery" (why the fuck would I have to pay extra to get them delivered before the big fucking rush???) Fuck them. This is bullshit. |

Sucks to hear that. I have used them many times, and it has always been worth it. |

Yeah, I ordered from their "Family" recently... sent Sherries Berries to my mom when she was living in FLA and flowers to DW on her birthday a few years back and no problems. These just suck. I mean, wife loved the thought, she was happy to have gotten them so there's that but it would have been nice if they weren't... bad. |

I've used ProFlowers many times. They always come in a box and need to be "assembled" by the recipient. They're usually in good shape, sounds like you got a bad batch. I'd assume they'd take care of you if you complained. |

You could finish drying them out and light them up I guess. |

You need to be a little tighter on that blue paint edge against trim. Steve can help. |

Well, not fish, or things that don't breath, but pretty much anything else, so no, probably not. |

pittmike wrote: They are supposed to arrive not needing to be watered. Says who? Every time I've ordered from them they specifically say they need to be watered as they haven't been since they were picked. Sucks this happened Darko, but I echo everyone else's thoughts...these guys are usually the goods...would certainly let them no how shitty they did. |
