Why can't people just all get along? Poor fucking Mozilla guy loses a gig because some gay ass site is mad he donated 1,000? He didn't even say anything just gave money? It depends on what it is for. Easter Egg hunt and coloring is not an overt religious activity. Once again we have days and activities dedicated to tolerance of their belief system and when something comes up about an another religion they protest. So then you do not see Christians going all insane like this when that is done. Or if it is done it is labeled radical fundamentalist wack-job stuff. There needs to be compromise,something the Islamic world outlook does not believe in. |

Chas, I wouldn't be upset with the easter egg hunt. And I'm not saying you would necessarily be upset if kids were invited to a "non - religious" Islam event. But you can bet your ass that there would be Christian parents raising hell over it if it ever happened. The Muslims here are doing nothing different than a lot if Christian parents would if the tables were turned. So it's just best to keep it all completely separate, in my eyes. |
