BLACKHAWKS!

7 PM

CH 5!

DO IT!

Stop with these 8:30 CNBC / Alternate leftover stations bought and bad start times!

We'd then miss out on whatever fine programming NBC is planning to show and then cancel in the next year.

It's not hard to find the games. Go to your guide, click on sports, click on hockey, and it will direct you to the game.

It's not just NBC, or the NHL, that starts one game after another concludes.

Not all the time. UVerse guide showed American Greed being televised all nite on Sunday. Its happened several times this season where my wife literally started at Ch 2 and went up 1 by 1 until she found the game because it was not in the guide.

Nomination approved. Would the NFL put a playoff game on FoxSports1 ESPN put an MLB game on ESPN8 or something like that? Nope.

That sounds like a U-Verse problem. I don't have that problem with Comcast.

American Greed: Scams, Scoundrels and Scandals was listed on 216 and it was the Blackhawks game. FavreFan told me to watch Secrets of Wild India. I missed about 10 minutes of the game. Our neighbors couldn't find it Friday night. We both have Uverse.

The 8:30 games suck and are stupid. Put them on at 7, it makes such a huge difference.

I support this!

Look at Chus ignoring mistakes made by NBC NETWORKS. If this was FOX NETWORKS he'd be all over them.

I have Direct it was the same thing ch 355 Showed American Greed. Plus if you did the Scorebord it showed the game but no channel listing only that it might be on a local channel.

How is that most fans in every other sport besides hockey can find virtually any game they/we want to watch, but many of you guys can't? Hell, even during the Olympics we were subjected to the same crying, bitching and moaning about some hockey game on C/MS/NBC/NBCSportsN...and yet you didn't seem to pick up on it then, nor can you all figure it out on the same network and same bad tv sport now?

Typical hockey fan. :bounce:

I hope you enjoy American Greed until your husband finally lets you have the remote. Oh wait...

You don't have to look for baseball. MLB Network, ESPN, and the local teams play on WGN, Comcast, or WCIU (occasionally FOX on a Saturday). You know, regular channels that people with basic cable get.

NBA playoffs, MLB playoffs, and NCAA Tournament are all aired on multiple channels.

Ya know what's great?

The downfall of motor sports.

A few years back, you could sometimes find different racing on 2 of the networks. Fuck that.

You still can

Next Sunday there will be racing on 3 networks on the same day. Are you as excited as I am?

Motor sports on CSFMB in 2014 are where the Blackhawks were before 2010 on CSFMB.

:?

I seem to have a repressed memory of racing being on 2, 5, and 7 simultaneously

Craziness

This is when sports should exist:
Football: Year round
Baseball: April-August
NBA: May/June
College Basketball: February/March
Hockey: May/June(if the Bulls aren't good)
Golf: The weekends of The Masters and The British Open. More if Tiger is good.
Motor Sports: The day of the Indy 500, maybe the Daytona 500 but honestly who cares about it now?
Horse Racing: The Triple Crown days
Soccer: Only when the World Cup is going on
Every other sport: When the Olympics are on

Agree on everything but the first two. Switch those and were alls et.

Although, to be clear, we dont need World Cup qualifying matches.
