"disorderly conduct and obscene language" If they have an ordinance or law on their books defining 'Obscene" with suchs words as FUCK YOU and he said FUCK YOU Multiple times, there is no real grey area there, But calling the police on a disgruntled employee is pretty common, which is why the police were there in the first place. |

That's crazy. How can an ordinance ban words? I was not aware. The work part I get. That's not a free speech issue. |

Even if such an ordinance exists, you can then claim it is your religous beliefs and then start the brawl, because you cant tread of on peoples religous beliefs! Thats the worst thing you can do! |

Yes, but that arguably affects the rights of others. I can't understand how any word that doesn't incite physical action can be outlawed. I really never understood swear words anyway. Who deemed them to be bad? It's actually just a sound you're making with your mouth. How the hell can that be offensive? |

I can see the point of those that goes as far as to dismiss the idea of inciting. Even in the fire situation, just because I yell fire doesn't mean you have to start trampling people. You could still act orderly. It's not like it's some trigger that automatically makes people step on each other. |

Interesting Seacrest. I bet no one else here is aware. It's kind of odd that no one has used either of those within music - maybe even as an album title. Oh well. |

I used the acronym line on the Pastor and the principal after a run in with my 6th grade teacher. It didn't help. |
