It's like this.

I take my family to the dolphin show to be entertained. I don't care what you and the "animal care specialists" are doing.

Give me some flips, some flops and a ball or two swatted into the crowd. The rest of that shit, save for someone else.

"We press on Ralphie's tail fin to simulate a blood draw. The when we come later to draw blood, Ralphie is not alarmed or shaken."

All said by someone that sounds like a broadcast school drop out.

At the end, they had one dolphin flip twice. Big fuckin deal.

They walk backwards. Oh, and i almost forgot that we got to listen to sounds emanating from their blow hole.

Well, that sucks.

My kids still dig Lincoln Park Zoo. Haven't really had a reason to go to Brookfield in a while. The Dolphin show was quick and boring from what I recall...

a good dolphin show includes a "breast o' turkey/chicken" and quite a few blue jokes

by the way, Brookfield Zoo is now famous for being regularly patronized by a guy who pushes his Real Doll around in a wheel chair on dates every weekend.

My kids prefer Lincoln Park over Brookfield (as do I). Brookfield is a giant PITA. To big, parking is a bitch, too crowded.

Milwaukee and Indianapolis zoos are probably better than Lincoln park.

Just watch them underneath for free. Brookfield Zoo in okay at best, and so say that as a member who lives close enough to walk there. The entrance on 31st used to look vibrant and inviting and now it looks like a bus stop.
