Post subject:  Newegg's Email System

Let me first preface this post by saying that Newegg is probably the greatest online retailer ever. I can get stuff very cheaply, and usually with free shipping. My problem is with the amount of emails generated for a single transaction.

I get one for my transaction, one for each item saying the payment was authorized, one for each item saying the payment was charged, one telling me that Apple is more popular than Samsung Galaxy (which is simply bullshit), and one for each item telling me that the product is shipped. For the 4 things I bought yesterday, I have received 12 emails, and I don't think the emails are finished. I think they need to rethink their email strategy. Fuck, hire me, and I'll figure it out.

Just bad....

even though you know i'm an Amazon lover, they're probably the worst offender re: emails
i probably get 5 a day
especially if you keep stuff in your cart....they'll keep sending you subtle reminders about whatever product it is

It's probably similar to how you feel with all the whiney PM's you have to deal with.
