you know man, my first thought is that a sub-forum called "douchebag of the week" is an insult to the man they call $$$MONEY$$$ and all that, but then you start to think that he wants to play the classic wrestling heel and you think about how everytime he fights (some scrub) you watch just because you wanna watch him get knocked out and it's like.... wait a minute this guy's kind of really fucking awesome at being really not awesome. and you read this? man. i think i'm coming around on floyd like i did gangsta rap at one point, once i realized that gangsta rap is 95% actors trying to say the most extreme shit possible to sell records to people who never lived said extreme shit. |

Its one thing to shit talk a guy he's going to fight(and beat), it's another thing to shit talk a random woman in a barber shop while his boys giggle in the background. And if he's going to do something like that he should at least win the argument instead of getting punked. |

yeah, but see he WANTS you to not like him. he WANTS you to go FUCK THAT GUY!!!!! he wants you to make this thread to motherfuck him in order to help further the legend of his brand. thats why he went out of his way to get act stupid on camera over some trivial shit. he knows exactly what he's doing.... he's pretty much brilliant at doing what he does. that's all i'm saying. i see what he's doing and he had me in that "i wanna see this dude get his so bad.... when ya gonna fight manny?" but it's kind of just this long elaborate comedy act where the least funny thing is the man's financial statements. |

The mere fact that there may be positive economic benefits to Mayweather's douchebaggery does not mean he's a douchebag for those economic reasons. His history at this point amply indicates he acts like a douchebag because he's a douchebag. |
