He ducked out of the Silvy/Waddle show! At least Long is on to take it like a mensch.

Yup--it's his show! I endured Carmen and the press conference to just to hear the whole Jay, and they come on and say Jay won't be doing the show today but Kyle Long is with us. They're at the Cubby Bear.

Wow. That is....really shitty. Pick up the phone at least then.

Edit- unless one of his kids or wife is sick, there is really no excuse for this.

That's kinda weird, there have been worse performances, both by the team and by Jay, that he still showed up after.

Jay is just so used to helping out the competition that he showed up at the Game studios for his show .

As Tressy said in another thread, he needs to grow his man.

It's my show, but I'm not on that show.

Said he was at the doctor with his kid. Good call.

What a convenient time to go to the doctor!

He made a good point though, it's actually easier to deal with it on the show then let it stir during the week.

I mean, hard to disagree... you can have Silvy who is a big fan and Waddle who doesn't ask hard questions... or you can wait, let it fester and have the media go at it. Probably just easier to deal with it on his own show.

That is a dumb point too. He still has to do this media session either way. He would still get the same questions since as you admit, Sivly and Waddle aren't going to ask anything remotely tough.

He didn't want to talk after a bad loss that he had a good hand in. He happened to "take his kid to the doctor" at the time which made him cancel his appearance.

Nah. He's shown up after way worse performances by himself and the team. Not sure why this would be any different.

Dealing with it right away, with Waddle and Silvy is probably the best way to handle the negative stuff.

How about because Brandon Marshall yelled at him and it was a national story?

Kristin busy cleaning the house and preparing dinner?

I thought they/she don't believe in doctors. Pastes, potions, chants and all that good stuff.

I think it's been pretty well established Marshall didn't specifically yell at him and definitely didn't call him out.

Post subject:  Re: Jay Cutler

He could have said this to Silvy too:

Quote:
Cutler says Marshall's post game rant didn't cross the line- "he didn't say my name, he didn't attack any one person" #Bears

Post subject:  Re: Jay Cutler

Waddle doesn't ask anything terribly pressing, but Silvy will at times. Cutler still could have taken 5 minutes and called the show. It was not a smart move on his part, nor is it a move that makes him look good at all.

She couldn't take him to the doctor?

If they believe that the vaccines administered by the doctors are bad, then why would they trust doctors at all?

Doctors don't make vaccines unless I'm missing something. I guess ultimately maybe their doctor is anti-vaccine? I mean, why are we even speculating on this?

I go to the doctor with my wife when my kids are really sick. I like to be there and she likes me there, and the kids like me there as well. Not all that crazy of a thing.

Post subject:  Re: Jay Cutler

I'm convinced that Jay Cutler could have said "I was taking Bucky Chris to the doctor" and he would have believed it.
