I'll wait until the full grand jury testimony is released. These leaks are obviously being done to lesson the blow that the officer will not be charged.

In any case, cops using deadly force against young black men is still a massive problems regardless of the circumstances of this case. Unless Brown was completely high, I have trouble believing that six shots were needed to subdue him.

Well all six shots hit a standing or running target from the front, with the headshot hitting a lunging or falling target. This wasn't an execution. If you're being threatened, deadly force should be forgiven.

But we don't know if he really reached for the gun so he can shoot the officer or if he was trying to stop the officer from shooting him. Clearly the officer reversed his car looking for a confrontation.

My point is the marijuana could have been from days earlier and cant be linked to the day, so its useless.

At the very least we know that he was getting ready to smoke. Marijuana isn't usually a drug that makes people act crazy.
