Well it certainly seems like Officer Wilson told the truth about the struggle in the car

but...

"Ultimately, that officer will have to come up with justification not for firing his gun the first time, but for each and every bullet that came out of his firearm -- whether at the car or away from the car," he said.

Maybe the mobs will come back with a bunch of tools now and repair what they destroyed and give back the stolen goods.

I'll wait until the full grand jury testimony is released. These leaks are obviously being done to lesson the blow that the officer will not be charged.

In any case, cops using deadly force against young black men is still a massive problems regardless of the circumstances of this case. Unless Brown was completely high, I have trouble believing that six shots were needed to subdue him.

What about the other super reliable "witnesses" that gave (In light of the autopsy) what seem to be completely false statements? They need to be held accountable as well.

Well, I think they still probably have an issue with the officer killing Brown

Good point. They really should be.

Although I think most versions involved a struggle in the car

Well all six shots hit a standing or running target from the front, with the headshot hitting a lunging or falling target. This wasn't an execution. If you're being threatened, deadly force should be forgiven.

I'm pretty sure many people said something was going on in the car. Not sure how the official autopsy report means that he wasn't executed unless I'm missing something.

I think people are saying

Went for the officer's gun + Shot from the front = Justifiable shooting

I'd say it was more of a suicide. Don't want to get shot? Probably not a good idea to reach for a law enforcement officers weapon.

BTW, the fact that he has marijuana in his system is completely irrelevant

I don't think that is true when helping to determing how to charge the officer or not, it will matter. I think.

But we don't know if he really reached for the gun so he can shoot the officer or if he was trying to stop the officer from shooting him. Clearly the officer reversed his car looking for a confrontation.

I dont understand what you're saying

My point is the marijuana could have been from days earlier and cant be linked to the day, so its useless.

At the very least we know that he was getting ready to smoke. Marijuana isn't usually a drug that makes people act crazy.

I don't think the officers or people on the grand jury will fill that way though.

Yes, I am talking their perspective as a person under the influence. Sorry, I realize I wasn't as clear as I should have been. Probably because I was to smoky myself last night, but not to Ike's level.

I think we can probably agree that grabbing a cops gun for any reason whatsoever is likely to get you in a hospital or body bag with the cop not getting in trouble.
