How in the hell can someone think about free agency on the day or day before he is about to pitch what could be the closing game of a world series? If I were a Giant fan and saw this then saw him give up a six spot in 1.1 innings I would be livid. The guy has been a big talker with modest production since he left SD. This is just another example. Not only that, the douche is pulling a Jack Haley, trying to attach his name to a much brighter star. Lester is probably saying he wants nothing to do with being on that loser's team. |

He was bad. He screwed himself when he didn't cover first base on that infield hit where he was screaming at Belt to throw it home. Oral cancer in his future? |

I knew right when I saw he was starting for the Giants the series would go to a 7th game. |

I dunno what he said, but was great down the stretch for the Giants. |

I just loved the Monday presser where his jabbering kid was talking about their getting a trolley car to match their duck used in last year's championship celebration. Peavy had the smirk of a caught premature ass all over his face. And then the second inning happened. |

I'd take Jake back again. It worked out pretty great for the Sox having him. |
