I think that's worded poorly.He was shot, nobody arrested/convicted......and you know, he's not gonna calmly explain his side of his story because that is not how he does things when somebody else does something like that to him, in order to avoid a set of stitches. |

The guy he killed was actually his good friend. He ran his ass over while trying to run over some other people he was arguing with. Because his friend was killed in the act of a felony (assault with a deadly weapon), he has been charged with felony murder. |
