Being obese is not a disability. Why is it that telling someone that is over weight that perhaps they should eat less and move more is awful? People tell smokers all the time his bad it is the smokers know how bad it is and continue to smoke. Overweight people know over eating and irresponsible eating is bad, yet continue to do it. With a few exceptions being overweight is caused by poor diet and lack of sufficient activity. It's really no more complicated than that.

Think disability for those overweight should come with the stipulaton of a set weight loss on a continued process or no more disability. Gotta have some limits?

Bernstein isn't that aware of other people. He thinks of himself and he's gonna say what he wants, unless it conflicts with a sponsor or something.

Wrong, he is ultra aware of what he says and does. He feels that a mention of any person, things, website etc is like you have done them a favor, Spiegs is the same way....just isnt good to be that way.

There is still an air of impulsivity or at least a compulsivity to it. He simply cannot hold back that type of thing, he has to say it. Right, wrong, kind or not, he has to say it. I can't believe he is as "successful" as he is.

Because he's been enabled. Wasn't like this when he started. Realized he has a weak boss. Has had success. So he's gonna be a jack ass. No fear where he once had it.

I have never met Bernstein in person, but every picture I have ever seen of him with a full body shot screams walking, talking, life-sized Bobble Head Guy.

I don't think so. He just thinks of insulting Spiegel as a bonus. There is something really wrong with Bernstein. It's a little amazing that Terry puts up with it but it just means Terry is a a bit of a spineless prick too.

I think Terry sees that $500,000 paycheck and thinks "I don't really care what that little shit says. I'm going to take this for as long as they'll give it to me."

I am still astounded that he makes half a fucking million dollars a year.
