The HBO documentary about them came out last week.

This week, I get an expensive solicitation to join them in their war against psychiatry and pharmaceuticals under the guise of "abuse" of the ill. I have nothing to do with this area of law so I have to assume they sent it to every lawyer. They included a DVD and a folder with a full packet of materials under the title "Citizens Commission on Human Rights". I saw that it was out of California and had an unusual take on the psychiatry profession so it immediately made me think of the Scientologists. Looking at the materials a little more closely there is "established by the church of scientology".

they are playing off of lawyer greed in hoping to scare up cases for their cause that will also profit an attorney
