YUP!!! They Got One of them...now just need another 1000 or so. There should be 1 account. Let all the kickback guys put money into it. And when you are done from your PUBLIC service job you get a big fat check...regardless of who and what you voted for. Its like tipping in Vegas. All the money goes into one bucket for the shift and they split it up at the end. What Hastert meant, Blagojevich continues, was that he should appoint someone like Illinois Secretary of State Jesse White or Attorney General Lisa Madigan to the Senate seat, so he could also appoint a replacement for their positions -- thus getting a "two-for-one" appointment. Firm spokesman Jason Huntsman did not have further details. Hastert was charged Thursday with withdrawing $952,000 in cash in small amounts to evade the requirement that banks report cash transactions over $10,000. The former U.S. House speaker is also charged with lying to the FBI. The indictment says Hastert agreed to pay $3.5 million to an unidentified person to hide "prior misconduct" against that person. The indictment does not describe the misconduct Hastert was trying to conceal. |

If it turns out that he was being blackmailed by the family of a boy who was molested, I think the family is guilty of protecting a molester from society. If it was just someone who had an affair with Hastert and Hastert wanted to keep it quiet, then no harm done to society, except maybe she (or he) should have to pay taxes on the money as it exceeds gift limits. |
