I am guessing pretty much any NBA team that is losing money is due to accounting tricks. Kind of like the Blackhawks who "lose" money.

Plenty of teams are losing operationally speaking.

Detroit, Charolette, Brooklyn, ....dont know about Brookyln...but these teams get loans from the NBA to operate.....Jordan even borrowed his money from the league to buy the team!
