1. For thinking they're the only people in the world against rape. They actually believe that. Only SCORE talk show hosts know it's wrong. 2. For talking down to listeners. I heard tranny with Larry and his masters. They praised Julie DiCaro, the ex lawyer, for explaining to people the difference between civil and criminal trials. Then Larry played Julie explaining the difference on his show. EVERYBODY KNOWS THE DIFFERENCE. People old enough know the OJ trial where he skated on one and got pinched on the other. Plus we've all watched enough crime shows and movies to know the difference. If you just watch news you know the difference. So bravo for Julie for explaining the obvious. But she's an update girl now. Not a lawyer. (God bless her parents for paying for law school only for her to choose a job that fuckin' dumb asses Shepkowski and drinky do at THE SCORE. Yeesh. They must be rolling their eyes.) Maybe the Score boys should explain ERA to her as she got that wrong once. She's gotten other sports things wrong as well. So work on the sports, Julie. The law school education doesn't matter now. Especially when you speak on common sense law issues. |

Maybe she can pick up the Spada baton and do a Sports & Torts 2.0? Suggestions for her first guest? |

She has to pretend to respect and like Bernstein. Bernstein's a made guy. If you want to collect checks at the SCORE you have to do so. But I wonder what she really thinks of Bernstein objectifying women and ridiculing fat people. As she is a "Large girl, big through the hips...roomy." (That's a quote of Hannibal Lecter from Silence of the Lambs for those that don't know.) |

Still reeling from those tweets Goff sent my way. Highly unprofessional on his part. |

I don't know if the average person understands civil v. criminal. The woman is just trying to bring her area of advanced knowledge to the table. Give her a chance to develop. She may turn out to be something good, someone who can re balance the force at the station. If she is one of those people who is easy going but knowledgeable she may be the synthesis to North's thesis and Bernstein's antithesis. |

I'd like to hear the story of why Julie DiCaro no longer practices law. Going through all that schooling, and that $ and whatnot and what she is now is a person who reads (badly) sports score and traffic updates a couple times and hour for a grand total of about 5 minutes a day. Quite the career journey. In my line of business, I know a couple of 'ex-lawyers' doing something completely different. They are usually 'ex-lawyers' not by choice but rather because they completely sucked at the job. If her ability to read a 15" Macbook screen to tell me about Kevin White's shin is any indication, she was a shitty lawyer. |

Which woman is that? The woman who is no longer a lawyer but reads sports updates (badly) on the radio for 5 minutes a day? Looked at her LinkedIn. Went from a career as a lawyer to doing social media crap (read: non-monetized) for the Trib (a dying business) and then to the Score. I deal with 'social media strategy' people all the time. Those are cubicle jobs for 23 year olds fresh out of school. Again, went from fancy pants lawyer to doing social media silliness and Kyle Schwarber updates. Career path! Oh, and her writing on her LinkedIn profile is as poor as her on air speaking is. And of course, she's got the requisite 'everyone is a rapist' articles linked to the usually 'every man is a rapist' sites including Deadspin/Gawker and HuffPo. Appears her legal focus was on 'victims of domestic abuse' and family law. So, not exactly un-biased. |

She's no longer a rape victim. She's the Score's Rape Expert. |

There were entire classes of law students who were not obtaining legal jobs out of law school a few years ago. I don't care enough to know anything about her life. However, her legal education does provide her advanced knowledge of the law in general. I am not the one calling her a rape expert. However, every expert has a bias. Your experience with non practicing lawyers is different than mine. There are plenty of people who go to school with no intention of practicing. |

Your experience with non practicing lawyers is different than mine. There are plenty of people who go to school with no intention of practicing. That's not her. She actually practiced for a few years. She then transitioned into some really weak jobs. Not saying she was a top attorney, but going from practicing family law to doing some dopey social media crap for a dying newspaper (a 23 year old's entry level job) is basically like going to play 'pro' basketball in Turkmenistan. Her LI profile is sad. The writing quality is horrific. It's missing the most important thing - recommendations from former co-workers, bosses, etc. And her legal career seems heavily focused on family law and domestic abuse. The makes her ridiculously biased. |

In fairness to her, it looks like she worked in a domestic violence clinic, as a public defender and then as a divorce attorney. I think a lot of people burn out on that kind of work, and she probably knows better than most how prevalent this rape & stuff is. Even though I have never heard her or read her work, I can't stand her because she has small tits. |
