Look, Spiegel says "We don't follow Bernstien's lead".

While Spiegel follows less than others, it's bullshit. They do follow him.

Looks like in this Kane case, General Bernstein told them to storm the beech and they all got killed.

Everybody but Mully, Hanley and Les that is.

From all reports, Goff jumped in front of Bernstein to take the bullets as Spiegel was firing away today.

Why the soldiers repeat his sports thoughts word for word I don't get. Maybe they just lack intelligence so they repeat the afternoon host.

I do know why they repeat Bernstein on serious matters. Because Bernstein labels people. People suggesting this women might be after a money grab are labeled fan-boys or pro rape. If you don't agree with him that 100% of rape accusers are telling the truth, you're labeled a slut shamer and part of the rape culture.

So Goff, Larry and the rest of them hear Bernstein declare this. And they don't want that label. So they repeat him out of fear. Instead of saying "Dan, what the Mom did now makes me think that perhaps the girl is a liar and the the entire family might be in on a money grab together. And no, Dan, that doesn't make me a fan boy or pro rape. It just means I have common sense."

I mean they hear Bernstein rip a caller in half for saying the above. So no way in hell are they gonna say it.

They're scared. Easy to just parrot him than take on a battle with him.
