You're the only hateable person on this team. You bitched and moan the entire second half of the season about being pulled early but failed to see it's because you're absolutely dog shit. Hopefully you get hit by a bus, burrito. Please don't bring this scrub back. |

Blame Maddon. He's nothing more than an A to B manager. |

Maddon can't handle a pitching staff. What a mess. |

Him and Maddon clearly do not get along. This guy just disappeared after a solid 1st half. |

Did they have any other realistic options? |

You go with Lester. He gives you the best chance to win. |

I would have activated and started Haren (can't believe I am saying that). Hammel also faded last year in Oakland. Hammel can't be on the club next year. Package him with Castro/Baez, get a centerfielder or pitching help. |

It would have been interesting if they started Wood/Richard for one game. |

Please don't bring this scrub back. Yup, the bitching about being pulled when you sucked, never figured that one out. Was OK the first few batters, then gave in and it broke lose. ....but'''he's on the team for next year." Could be the white E jax. My plan with him would be a starter for the first half, plan on making him a reliever, and trading for a starter. His history says nothing else. |

Correct, I didn't take your post that way. |

My vote would have been for starting Clayton but the series was done, so whatever. There's got to be some behind the scenes stuff. Joe wouldn't show this guy up if he wasn't a peen behind the scenes. |

He will probably be in spring training and if he pitches well, be the 5th starter. Yes, he has done very well in the first half of the past 2 seasons, so you have to hope that trend continues. I think they will add 2 starters, so Hendricks and Hammel will have to battle with others for that 5th spot. But having pitching depth would be a nice luxury we have not enjoyed for a long time. |
