Do you access it via Netscape in between logging into AOL chatrooms?

Why did the news banner stop scrolling?

You used to be able to cycle through the news stories via their picture headlines, now it is just static.

The scroll is back!

What percentage of these stories are lies?

"I'm normally not one to complain on social media..."

"Dear Penthouse, I never thought this would happen to me and I never thought I'd be writing a letter like this..."

Who is using the Yahoo homepage?

Yahoo is for Fantasy sports.

Marissa ran the whole thing into the ground.....

I am sure someone has some webstats that said they get traffic from something else, but as far as I am concerned and almost everyone I know they only used Yahoo for Sports....so how these guys lost out on every sports angle is beyond me, except for her spending $200 mill on startup after startup

at least in penthouse the stories that are forthcoming can be entertaining.

I still Yahoo as a homepage even though I am rarely on it. For just email, fantasy and a little bit of entertainment news I want to look at it is fine. What are popular homepages besides google these days anyway?

I use it too. News headlines (local and national), sports, stocks and a few blog feeds.

She even screwed up the Alibaba spinoff so they can't get the tax break they thought. She looked pretty beaten down in her last interview/earnings call.

Still would, though.

I know this is going to sound like a crazy fantasy but every word of this story is true…a few days ago my girlfriend happened to mention to me how attractive our new neighbor Linda was…

Fuckin A. It was there this morning....now its gone again. Dumb asses.

I use a Yahoo email address as a "junk" email for all those times an email address is required and I dont want to give out my "real" one. So ...I also scan the homepage while there.

She did but no one has really ever had a plan for Yahoo besides "do everything everyone else does but much worse outside of free fantasy sports".

Sports and a throw away email address for me... And I stopped using it for regular sports once they made the pages fancy -- now they take too long to load when I just want to see NCAA standings or something, I don't need fancy headers and graphics. That's why nobody uses Fox Sports. I still go there occassionally out of habit, but usually hit up USA Today now for my plain text scores/standings.
