I don't consider myself a grammar nazi at all, but these people need to die. I wish nothing but ill upon them and their entire families.

So true story, in high school I'm having lunch with a few friends and we get on the subject of eating out a chick during her period. Of course, one guys says he did it. We all tell him he's full of shit. So he says, you want to know what its like? And so, of course, we say yes. So he takes a pizza puff and tongues the middle of it. I've never eaten a pizza puff again to this day.

I can't imagine that actually tastes like a pizza puff.

It wasn't the taste but the visual.

A bad habit of mine that I've been trying to correct is "try and" instead of "try to."

Had a friend who said supposebly all the time and even got pissed when I would correct him. The weirdest part was after a while another friend of ours inexplicably adopted this quirk as well.

How about "borrow" for "lend"? Kids in school would ask, "can you borrow me some paper?" First of all, you're doing the borrowing, and second of all, it's a sheet of paper, so I wouldn't even get it back.

"Would of" is just a phonetic-based misspelling of "would've". Doesn't excuse it, but I understand how it happens.
