How dumb can this guy be? You have already been suspended because of drug use. You file for reinstatement, THEN fail another test.

In small amounts "for personal usage" it has been decriminalized in Cook County for 12-15 years. It amazes me how the toothless NFLPA hasn't followed the lead of other sports unions and had this taken off the list for testing.

But in fairness, Gordon has denied the report so far.

The NFL is just dumb here.

I'm uncomfortable with any punishment by them that lasts a whole season let alone a career.
