Post subject: | ATT /Yahoo |
Some shit is going on! Want to reset my Yahoo password, but I need an ATT account to do so now? Fuck that.....I dont even care if I ATT bought Yahoo in the last hour in the hopes of saving their shit business, I can tell you this is the last straw with Yahoo and I. Amazing that they took what was once a top 3 website for me to visit daily and ruined it. |

There is 3 yahoo integrated email accounts that tied into the same yahoo email pages 1 - the standard @yahoo.com 2 - @att.net 3 - @sbcglobal.net 2 and 3 are tied to your att DSL account more than likely. The emails are integrated with yahoo mail (See image below) More than likely the reason its asking for your ATT email is because thats what you initally setup as your password recovery email which is the same setup on all the email serivces (hotmail. google. yahoo, etc..). When you setup an email account they ask for a backup email as your password recover email just in case you cant login they will send directions to your secondaery email account. |

use namecheap. their email service is pretty damn nice or go with microsoft, because they are suing the feds for privacy disclosure not that it matters, none of it is private unless you use proton mail |

The only ATT I ever had was my landline at home and never tied any email to it, because it was used for the intercom where I lived at the time. Yahoo asks for my last name on my NEW att account and then they will send me the password. No wonder they are falling apart |
