Face facts, you were caught red handed cheating. What are you going to do take it to the Supreme Court?

Take your medicine and sit the fuck out.

Yeah, he wasn't 'caught' doing anything.

At this point, the matter isn't even about the footballs anymore ... it's basically a case about labor law in the immediate term, and long term (one would presume) it turns into any sport's players association in future never allowing for something as insane as the Commissioner to have sole power to hand out punishments as well as be the sole reviewer of said punishments.

As I said in my post, why didn't Goodell just drop this. Was his ego hurt that badly when the first court decision went against him. How does pursuing this make his league look good ? On another front, I bet NBC was pissed that their Sunday Night opener will now feature Jimmy Garoppolo handling the Patriot offense. I myself, kind of want to see how Jimmy does for the four games that Brady misses.

It's obvious that the rouge ballboys (fantasy football team name) were instructed based on all the cell phone and text traffic.

Why did Brady take it to court? Why wouldn't you appeal if you lose in court if it is allowed?

both have to continue to fight and it has nothing to do with footballs at this point. it has to do with CBA. the players union gav WAY too much power up and are realizing it.

This really is one of the stupidest fights I've ever seen. Nobody cares...nobody.
