slipknot when they got corey

That was prefab from a studio and not a big Nu metal Guy but that was a good choice for the band even if it was stolen.

mushroom head claimed slipknot stole their idea about wearing scary masks on stage but the real boner was roadrunner records picked them up and left mushroomhead in the local venues. not that i care because slipknot had corey and the lead singer makes the band every time even if you have dimebag you still need phil to be pantera

I'd say Joy Division was better with Sumner than Curtis, if not for the little thing that they changed into New Order.

Audioslave was terrible. Rage > Audioslave all day

Bon Scott is not the original singer. So whoever it was who posted AC/DC was saying Dave Evans<Bon Scott.

AC/DC certainly sold more albums without Scott and had many more "hits" with Johnson.

Some would say (specifically me) that AC/DC is absolute garbage, regardless of who their lead singer is. Beach Boys, too.

Judging how good a band is based on album sales is one of the most ignorant things you can do.

for my little niche of electronic music world, the only band i can think of is the old black dog productions outfit who was 3 dudes named kenny ed and something i think.... and they had a couple'a albums (where some tracks were attributed to the decidedly non-kenny faction of "plaid") and hey they had some moments but then by 97-98 they had kicked kenny out and left him with the black dog productions name and they went forth and made music as plaid. it turned out to be a pretty good move for them. i mean yeah they pretty much had some classic shit going on and i haven't even gotten to dang spot b4 hitting the URL limit.

plaid still goes and makes music to this day (even if they kind of jacked a bunch of things from the pluxus agent tangent video for their video itsu) and uhhh... kenny/black dog? no idea really. i think i heard a nice mix once but that was like 10-15yrs ago. i should look it up.
