I might be the youngest old guy you know.
Or maybe the oldest young guy?
Whatever the cool one is, that's me

I'd have to see the Lolla lineup. I just think it would be difficult to move from stage to stage to see
everything. The photos make it look like you are a 300 yd drive from the main stages.

The only difficulty I had was navigating the bros fresh from fence-crashing on their way to see Rage Against the Machine as I was on my way to see Radiohead.

It's just odd seeing certain bands that look so out of place playing in the middle of the day.

Yep. I didn't even know Lou Reed could come out before dark until I saw him at Farm Aid.

For me, it's kinda like the same argument as going to an NFL game:
It's better on TV.
Everyone has at least 720p camera phones, and all these fests
have webcasts. Not all the bands are webcast, but that's where I look for the independent Youtube vids.
I am not a fan of huge crowds, so I'll avoid them if I can.
That and the prohibitive costs, it just doesn't seem worth it.
Although if I were to spend a summer in the UK, I would definitely
try to check out Reading and Glastonbury, just to be able to say I did.

not making a separate thread for this, but easily way better of a lineup than Coachella, Bonnaroo and Gov Ball

Yeah these fests had more appeal a while ago now not so much. The lineups are too watery. Riot Fest last year was a killer for sure and may be again but the old guard is lame.
