Actually, the more I listen to the new CD, the more I like it.
As you say, "Myriad Harbour" is a great song. But I wouldn't even call it the best Bejar track on
Challengers. That honor goes to "The Spirit of Giving", which was incredible in concert. I also think "Heaven and Earth", "Adventures in Solitude" (another great song live), "Mutiny, I Promise You", "Failsafe" and "All the Old Showstoppers" are very strong as well. All in all, while I wouldn't say the new album is quite as
pornographic in its pop excesses as any of the first three NP CDs, it is still very good--just a little different than what I might've expected.
