Got tickets for the Rave show next Saturday for my birthday last week.
I don't know much about Riot Fest, but I'm guessing they'll stick Failure on in an early afternoon slot,
so I'm glad to see them indoors at night!!!!!!!!!!

hey shirtless, don't let everyone else (really nobody else) knock you off your game. i think you've already transcended doug e.p. with billy corgan here, you're neck and neck with chus/phish.... and if you say your prayers eat your vegetables and clean up your room someday you might TLDR and get on the level of sini with aphex twin.

actually i should apologize cuz i just copped to liking a group called "blackalicious" and some might think i'm being a racist/fetishist again =P

I love SP. I respect Phish. I try to understand Aphex Twin.
I'm way more interested in finding good bands/records than shitting on someone else's tastes (tho I've done it).
I'm more of a rock guy, sini, so while I dig AT, it's not something I listen to every day.
And I guess I'm interested in the non-mainstream hip-hop (if you could call it that) lately.
Run The Jewels, Death Grips, Odd Future.....I got thru the first 5 songs on Kendrick Lamar's record.
Amazing production, and not to sound like an old man, (I am one), I can't honestly relate to most of it, but
they take chances, and I feel unqualified to give more than an "I like it". Or not.
The RTJ video with the cop (dude from True Detective) and the other guy is pretty intense.
But that's A.G Rojas for ya.
tl;dr

btw in all my years of msgboarding (and keep in mind from circa 01-09 my default msgboard was forum.watmm.com, a board that started as joyrex.com aka an aphex twin fansite) i dont think i've ever seen aphex twin abbreviated to AT. seriously people just say aphex or afx, usually the latter if they're going shorthand. that's a new one.

hey shirtless you wanna have some fun? http://sinicalypse.kaen.org/rpb --- try that (hiphop, not AT =)

Yeah, I posted somewhere else that I listened to a bunch of this, and that I really had fun hearing it. And sorry about the AT. I know some fanbases can be quite provincial.
