I'm going to be working on a big project through the end of this year and for a lot of the time I will just be plugged in listening to music.
I came across the soundtrack to There Will Be Blood. Just relaxing orchestral music that plays in the background of the movie. Anyone
suggest any favorites they may own or have listened to? This is a genre I haven't really tapped into, just been tired of the same old stuff
and wanted to delve into this for a bit. I'm going to hit The Thin Red Line after this one. I thought there may have been a thread about
this but I couldn't find it. Open to any suggestions.... thanks.

Not quite on the same level, but it can fit the holiday timing. The Charlie Brown Christmas is a very good instrumental album.

Try the soundtrack to Destiny. Yeah the video game.
Trust me.
It's amazing.

Good call, I will get around to that one. I actually watched the cartoon on TV around Thanksgiving. It's the only holiday music I really like.

Try Brian Eno's ambient works.

You can't go wrong with anything James Horner, really.

But my favorite from him is "Glory".

"The Fellowship of the Ring"/"The Two Towers" are a fantastic tandem.

As an aside was in a Barns and Noble over the weekend. They have a display of final .Had a special edition of 13 Reasons Why. Looked at it and noticed a glaring omission. See a Little Light is not on there. Major Fail.

I am a bigfan of most of the works Hans Zimmer (Backdraft, Days of Thunder, Gladiator, Pirates of the Carribean) and Thomas Newman (Shawshank, Road to Perdition, The Green Mile).
