I'm just gonna go ahead and say that "A Pair of Brown Eyes" is their best song.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

We have some similar music tastes but I just listened to this song and you’re wrong. It’s Body of an American.

Yeah, that's pretty awesome, but at this point, I'm kind of sick of it.

I would definitely go--I saw them at the Metro (it must have been the last time I was there, three or four years ago), and they put on a great show.

I think Douchebag loves the Tossers. I'm biased against them because two of them left my friend in California without a ride home.

They're good, but not as good as they used to be. There's been a bunch of turnover in the band and they've shrunk a bit which hasn't helped their sound live. Their music has also gotten more political in recent times. They used to delve a bit into politics before, but now it seems like half their songs fall into that category. I fall more into the just wanting to hear songs about drinking beer or whiskey.

Maybe the fanbase has just gotten old, but their shows used to be insane. Now they seem a bit tame in comparison. Still a great live band and worth checking out once in your life, but they only do 1-2 shows a year now.

Lullaby of London is their best

Also Tuesday Morning is clearly about 9/11 despite being written a decade before the attacks.

Pogues are one of the most consistently great bands of all time. Tons of great cuts with very few stinkers. Even the Spider Stacy years were really good.
