The premise of the website is that they come up with the title of a song ("Calico Alley", "Baby, Be Quiet", "Rhymes With Lucia") and then bands record their own songs to go along with that title. They get a week to do come up with it, record it, and then they post them to the front page so people can vote for the winner.

Lots of garage band goodness, if you are into that sort of thing.
