Same. You can buy me a beer. Both Blue and Pinkerton are incredible.

Yeah. I'm pretty psyched about these shows, but the drawback is that each album is only about 30 minutes. Then you have to suffer through a set of Weezer's dogshit the rest of the night. I'm really hoping they play some of the B-Sides from each album in addition to the album itself.

I love that because it took me a long time before I could nail Twista's verse in Po Pimp. I still have trouble with his verse in Money Flow though. I love this album. Lotta Chi-Town classics on there. Traxster's production was ahead of its time and distinctly Chicago.

Youre a Weezer specific hipster

Id like to go to the blue show.

That album has consistenly been in my rotation since it came out. I never really stopped listening to it.

Oh and Mr. Hernandez got off pretty light with that lineup of early 90's R & B he listed

Shai or Silk?

Any Weezer fan over the age of 16 would probably agree with me. Are you more of a Raditude fan?

You're obviously blinded by the sweet sounds of Beverly Hills.

I don't hate The Red Album either.

Agreed

For me it goes

1a) Pinkerton
1b) Blue

small drop
2) Red

small drop

3) Green

Other CD's don't exist.

I would rate Blue Album and Pinkerton equally. They are both perfect in their own unique ways. I did like Green Album and Maladroit also, but the band really lost me at Make Believe and everything after that.

Maladroit isn't bad, and it always feels like the forgotten album because it came out, and went away at roughly the same time.

I'm bumping this (pun!) because of this major breaking news that all of you should know about:

Old 97's are playing on Jay Leno tonight (Conan is a dead man) - they'll be playing the song "Champaign, Illinois". I think they chose that to try and get all of the CSFMB Big Ten peeps to watch.
I f nothing else, it's worth a quick DVR viewing tomorrow.
