Phish, My Morning Jacket, Ween, Umphrey's Mcgee, Phil Lesh and Friends, and MANY more bands. Easily the best festival of the year.

only 46? I'd have guessed +/- 5 years from 60. favoring the over.

do they always mix his vocals so forward/up in the mix? Band sounds good, but flattened out underneath him

what's with the cut-rate, seventies Sabbath video visual effects? Can we have the band and the audio, with some crowd shots of any hotties. I think at one point the camera guy was pointing his camera at the lights and swirling it around, in an attempt to create a psychedelic effect.

I've head Peter Wolf's a good live show these days. I dunno. MMJ always bring it.

Good tune, first I've heard it. I know fuck-all about this band. Except that one song and that they have an ardent fan-base that includes a surprising number of chicks. So I'm hoping for some crowd shots.

lead singer dude hocked a loogie on mic near the end that last tune. such a weird ass song i'm not sure it wasn't meant to be part of it.

What a fest.

MMJ puts on a festival of sorts every year in February down in Mexico. I tried to talk my wife into tickets this year but she shot me down. MMJ plays 3 full concerts
over 4 days and have a bunch of other bands join them. Spend the day on the beach or swim up pool and concerts at night. They also have a big Super Bowl party
where you can watch the game on a huge screen down by the beach.

Deer Tick's really good.

Mexican in the winter beach fest > band cruise.

And I hear the cartels only chop off the heads of members of other cartels and locals that piss em off.

White Denim is good. They played here with The Wild Feathers a few years ago. Great show. They had a kick ass guitarist who left the group.
