Any suggestions for songs to work out to? I can only listen to the Rocky soundtrack so many days in a row before I need a change of pace. |

Good question here. I'll start with Sevendust and Disturbed. By the way I have the new Sevendust album released this week and am not impressed so far. |

Most of Chili Peppers songs have a good cadence for cardio. Soundgarden (Badmotorfinger) for lifting. |

Lamb of God's albums have gotten worse as their recordings have gotten better. They will never top New American Gospel. |

"Give It All" by Rise Against or "Blood and Thunder" by Mastodon get blasted in my car just prior to arriving at the rink for any men's league hockey game. |

Gonna be able to get a night off from daddy detail in May to go to the Mastodon show, Soup? |

I don't like going to shows, especially considering how popular Mastodon has gotten. I'm sure wherever they are playing will just be elbows-and-assholes. I missed my opportunity to see Mastodon. My buddy saw them at the Fireside a while back. He said he couldn't hear for about week after that. |

I'll get ripped on for this, but I don't care. I think Fatboy Slim music is perfect for cardio. Has worked well for me in the past. Has got that good cadence that Mustang Rob speaks of. |
