I know I'm old (sorry BadRogue), but this lineup is very underwhelming. It seems like in previous years, these headliners would be like in like the 3rd or 4th row of the lineup card. Now they're the top draw?

All these headliners would be playing mid to late-afternoon in previous years.

I would love to see Muse and Royal Blood; Ryan Adams: eh, maybe, but I ain't going to this thing.

You can pretty much keep the rest.

I'd go see Lorde if it meant not going to Lolla. Foster the People on deck to play that one song.

Except now they are the headliners. That is how music / bands work...

And I think you have a little revisionist history.

The Killers, Arcade Fire, and Muse haven't been relevant in nearly a decade.

Muse is huge globally, but, yeah - especially Chance and Lorde - IMO need a bigger sample size for them to get top-line billing.

So explain Depeche Mode in 2009, RHCP in 2015 or Pearl Jam in 2007.

Interpol headlined this shitshow once, there is no real standard for headling Lollapalooza.

And people were tired of them headlining Lollapalooza for many years.

Wow so being the last band to play one of the two main stages on Saturday night isn't a headliner? You sure about that?

Your obessive compulsion to disagree with anything I say is pretty fucking annoying. Its like combining IMU's autism with Don Tiny's absolute lack of a life.

Headlining the B stage does not make one a headliner.

Explain how Interpol is not a headliner.

I just did above.

I think I saw Coal Chamber headline the 2nd stage of Ozzfest in like 1998, but I would never claim they headlined Ozzfest.

Above conflicting statement aside, DB is correct on this one.

Douchebag is dominating here.

For me, 10 bands I would "see", but only a few I would bother actually seeing.

Same time slot on the same sized stage. They were headlining. There's no real argument against it. No matter how many mults or sycophantic losers who come to your gay-ass board meetups you get to say agree doesn't change fact.

Well you're following me around the board responding to every post I make. Even if the rent is free I'm getting a little tired of living in your head.

Is it just me or is Charli XCX way low on that list? I thought she was a bigger deal than that!

And re: Crystal Castles, man, Alice Glass is a brave womyn who is a personal hero of mine! Why, I once heard that she played a show with half a kidney hanging out her side cuz #TheShowMustGoOn! (Look up her Wikipedia page to understand my joke here =) #SoBrave! #SoStrong!

Crystal castles were awesome in 2013 and Alice was pretty much 90% of that. She came out with pack of marlboros and a bottle of Jameson and rocked it

Very hit or
Miss lineup this year

Agree on the killers and muse

Arcade fire are still
One of the best live bands out there and are working on a new album

Muse - "Drones"

Released: June 2015

Went to #1 in 15 countries (including the US)

Was the 19th biggest-selling album worldwide in 2015.

Google their 2015/2016 shows.

If Arcade Fire is still relevant, then so is Muse.

Yes, I am a newly-minted Muse fanboy (10 years too late, but still...).

And I am drunk at this very moment.

Carry on.
