The Jim Pepper track off the Sleepers soundtrack - Witchi-Tai-To

There’s just something about it, I have to hear it at least a couple times consecutively.

I also co-sign the Lou Reed mention.

Shout out to JORR. Whispering Bells from The Del-Vikings. People will recognize it from Stand By Me (likely my favorite soundtrack).

Stand By Me is top 5. Heavy Metal and Queens semi official one for Highlander are better

Point Break has an excellent soundtrack.

If you were to throw on Sheryl Crow’s greatest hits, it wouldn’t do anything for me, but her track on Point Break (recorded in 1990, when she was a back-up singer for Michael Jackson and other similarly huge artists) is pretty damn good.

Hundreds of Tears
https://youtu.be/6qoC8GT7FRY

Very soulful, nothing like her later work.

You also got Hendrix, Arthur Lee & Love, Wire Train, a surprisingly good cover of Smoke On The Water by some no-name group (the song that’s playing during the football game), and probably the only Concrete Blonde track that ever caught my ear. And you got the Mark Isham score - the instrumental that’s playing during the skydiving sequence is awesome.

Fuck I love Bernadette. But I'd add Goodnight Irene by Little Richard (with Jimi Hendrix on guitar)

And Sinnerman by Nina Simone

None. I play an album on repeat but there isn't 1 song I can listen to more than 2 times in a row.
