Why no reviews on the new Wilco release? maybe it's because most of you feel the same way as me, underwhelmed. it's neither great nor awful. it's just..."there". This, coming from a guy who thought summerteeth and yankee are masterpieces, and respects the direction ghost took its listeners. sky is just completely harmless. |

Not to be confused with "Being There" It's mellowness is growing on me - but it still has a Sting feel to it. On & On is very pretty - especially in the context of his mother's death. Impossible Germany I heard too many times on live torrents so it didn't feel new, same with walken. The album is not something I'm anticipating seeing in a live set. |
