I don't really know who this guy is, so I don't know if you meant it sounds similar to another one of his songs or just in general. It's a fairly common melody, but it kind of reminded me of Pop Goes the World by Men Without Hats. Sorry I couldn't be less helpful. |

No, that melody he sings there is almost identical to another song, I think probably a hit song. If I keep listening I may come up with it. |

I was running it through my head on my bike ride this morning and I feel like I came close to figuring out what it was but I couldn't quite get there. It's still nagging at me. |
