Going next week with my wife. I realize we are a bit late to the party on this one as its been out a while. Haven't been to the Cadillac Theater in probably 30 years when my folks took my brother and I to see Phantom of the Opera. Has anyone seen the show? Hoping we get a few good laughs from it, doesn't appear to be everyone's cup of tea.

I LOATHE musicals, but went with my wife and daughter many years ago and thought it was hysterical as hell; however, my understanding was that they may have rewritten some of it, so I’m not sure how different the current version is.

That's a perhaps unwitting piece of meta-commentary, because the Mormons rewrite their own scripture all the time and are like "oh, no, it was always this supposed to be this way, that didn't count."

Saw it in London last August on a whim. Not a play guy. It's hilarious.

You know what's a good musical? "Brigadoon."

"Schmigadoon!" was pretty enjoyable. Season 2 starts soon I think.

I’ve only heard a couple songs from it but Hasa Diga Eebowai was absolutely hilarious.

We had a family emergency come up so looks like we are going to miss this now. Disappointing.

Re-purchased tickets for this and will see it in Milwaukee next weekend. Still don't have any idea about what I am walking into but could use some good laughs. Hard to believe it is almost 2 years to the day when we had to sell our really good tickets.

Hilarious and great songs.

As long as someone isn’t a prude, this would be my go to recommendation for any non-musical theatre fan if I had one show to send them to.
