Quote: Apparently, Journey has a new (and unlikely) frontman. In a story reminiscent of "Rock Star", Neil Schon discovers (on YouTube, of all places) a lounge singer from Manila who's used to playing covers to a packed house...of 25-30 people. The new tour is scheduled to launch Feb 21 in Chile.
