My wife is a huge Buffett fan, and at the Alpine show in Wisconsin, was able
to score some front row center tickets to the show for face value.
I am not really a fan so I haven't been to a show for a few years but she
had the time of her life after following the guy for 15 years or so. Turns
out that after the show in front of almost 40,000 fans he ends up handing
his flip flops to her and her friend at the end after signing both of
them for her. I guess maybe this should be a shoutout but thought I would
share, as maybe someone out there thought this would be interesting. Thanks
for making my wife's concert a dream come true Jimmy. Hope anyone going to
any of the Chicago shows has a fun time.

She goes with a group of like 60 people and a friend of a friend who happens to work
at Alpine surprised her with them. It was a pretty cool surprise

Angus, apparently he comes out on stage with the shoes on and takes them off
before starting to play. That was one of the questions I had as I didn't want some
guys shoe laying around if it smelled like limburger cheese.
