Good god, this would be awesome. Neither the Mars Volta nor Sparta ever really did a lot for me, though I will admit that I preferred Sparta's more-often-than-not mediocrity over The Mars Volta's more-often-than-not unlistenable insanity. In the mean time, here's something to tide you over. |

i believe heavily in reunions when it comes to bands...i believed blur would reunite, and by god they are. |

sparta is great live. seen them twice. their albums don't seem to capture that excitement though. jim ward rules! |

I saw Sparta in 2003 when they opened for Pearl Jam and thought they were incredibly boring. I got into ATDI too late. In Casino Out is a great record. |
