All due respect, Col. Angus - doesn't surprise me at all. Every major band in the world is either going to snippet or all out cover MJ songs for the rest of the year. Why?, I don't know. U2 has already done it. Coldplay, Killers, pretty sure Green Day did 2 nights ago at UC. Maybe the Boss will break out his own version of Ben one of these days. I just don't understand this Postal Service cover. Or the people that might think it sounds good. It serves no purpose. P.S. - the king of snippets and segues is Greg Dulli. |
