I think there are a pair of CCR classic rockers..."Have You Ever Seen the Rain?" and "Who'll Stop the Rain?", albeit some 4 decades ago. In 1970, Eric Clapton had "Let it Rain" on his solo debut. In 1971, The Doors came out with "Riders of the Storm" and about 5 years later, REO Speedwagon recorded "Riding the Storm Out" live & in studio. Also, how 'bout 1993's "No Rain" by the late Shannon Hoon and Blind Melon?

Here's another '90s song that might fit this thread. Madonna recorded a song simply called "Rain" around 1994 or so...

Let's just end this thread with this link: Every song that was written with the word 'rain' in the title or a song relating the theme of rain, thunder, lightning, thunder (which by the way....Thunderstruck by AC/DC is the bomb), storms, cyclones, hurricanes (rock you like a hurricane by the Scorpions is another good jam), or any other type of rain induced even that you could ever imagine is on this site.

THE END
