After seeing this album get 5 mics from the Sauce, I was curious to hear what this album was about. Well I finally came around to gettin this the other day and I must say I was quite surprised. This is a very good album. Its a true dirty south crunk joint that you can here someone cruising with it from a mile away. My beef is that theres nothin spectacular, original or groundbreaking on the album and definitely didn't deserve 5mics. Big Boi's album blows it out imo - theres a joint with Pac on it. The verse is obviously over 14 yrs old and its still better than most shit cats lay down these days - Drake is on a couple cuts. I still don't see why everyone thinks this dude is hot. One of the worst flows ever but he usually has one great line in his verses. - Jeezy is another one of them dudes who I cant figure out why everyone thinks he's great - Twista appears on a track and wrecks shop as usual. Starts rapid fire then slows it down - Primo has a joint on here called Let Em Know. Bun B does a good job on it - All A Dream is probably my fav track. Obviously inspired by BIGs Juicy - "Lights, Camera, Action", "It's Been A Pleasure" and Gladiator are also standout tracks imo Very good album but IMO it gets: maybe after some more time with it my opinion might change. anyone want a copy just hit me up |
