If I want to listen to circus music, I'll ride a fucking merry-go-round.

So you only listened to Alabama Song (Whiskey Bar)?

They'll always be one of my favorite bands and they are feel good music for me.....odd becasue much of their music was sullen and dark in tone. I'm just weird that way.

I couldn't imagine if Jim were still alive today, fronting The Doors and flopping around and whipping little Jimmy out. He'd probably move around now at 67 in a wheel chair and have the stage presence of Miick Mars (spelled wrong intentionally to circumvent not being able to spell out the guy's name without it saying nut :? )

If anyone else grew up AG, you know who Steve Taylor is.

This song kicks ass.

We need a two and a half hour movie about the Doors? Folks, no we don't. I can sum it up for you in five seconds, ok. "I'm drunk. I'm nobody. I'm drunk. I'm famous. I'm drunk. I'm fucking dead." There's the whole movie, ok!? Big fat dead guy in a bath tub, there's your title for you.

Had a hard-core devotion to The Doors right after high school. Still like a few songs, but they're more of a punch-line to me now...

I've always been a fan of the Doors.
