I liked Slayer's cover of In A Gadda Da Vida off the Less Than Zero soundtrack.

The soundtrack for Last Action Hero was solid.

Dead presidents had some great soul/funk tunes I hadn't heard in a long time. 9-1/2 weeks is also good for nawlens style you don't hear often.

Into the Wild, Pulp Fiction, and both Kill Bill soundtracks.

Score- Inception, 2001: A Space Odyssey, Nolan's Batman, Burton's Batman. Undoubtedly missing some in this category, but those are the ones that immediately come to mind. Inception is great, but it's score takes it to an entirely new level.
